At the end of this course the participants will have:
conducted needs assessments of family programming and services for people affected by drug use and dependence, identifying the gaps especially in the context of the COVID-19 situation.
using Bridging Leadership and futures thinking techniques, initiated co-creation dialogues with governance institutions such as anti-drug abuse councils, Local Health Offices, and Local Health Committees, and Local Health Insurance Offices on the introduction of evidence-based family skills-based tools to their partner LGUs especially for Family interventions as part of Universal Health Care
using the Problem-driven Iterative Adaptation techniques, prototyped early solutions and institutional arrangements in the context of Universal Health Care
